Feeling stuck or overwhelmed?
You’re not alone.
You’ve tried to push through, but the overthinking, stress, or emotional fatigue keep coming back.
You want to feel more grounded. To stop questioning everything. To know that you’re not alone in what you’re carrying.
The truth? You don’t have to figure it out by yourself anymore.

Meet Your Licensed Therapist
Hi, I’m Alayna.
I’m here to help you move through what feels heavy.
Welcome to therapy with Alayna—a space to feel seen, supported, and empowered. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina, and an LPC/MHSP in Tennessee. I offer virtual therapy for adolescents and adults across these states, and I’m currently accepting clients through both insurance and private pay.
My approach is client-centered and flexible, grounded in the belief that every person has the capacity for growth, healing, and change. I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without fear of criticism.
I draw from evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I often use an eclectic treatment style—meaning I tailor our work to what’s most helpful for you, combining elements from different modalities to support your unique needs and goals.
I’ve worked in a variety of settings including private practice, outpatient, inpatient, and in-home therapy. My specialties include anxiety and OCD, mood disorders such as PMDD and bipolar disorder, relationship challenges, communication and boundary-setting, life transitions, women’s issues, and personality disorders.
Together, we’ll create a supportive space where you can build insight, develop practical tools, and take meaningful steps toward a life that feels fulfilling and aligned.
Therapy Can Help With:

Anxiety
Anxiety can be overwhelming and affect every aspect of your life. Therapy can help you identify the root causes of your anxiety, and develop coping mechanisms to manage your symptoms and improve your quality of life.

Boundaries
Setting boundaries is essential for protecting your mental health and well-being, but it can be difficult to know where to start. Therapy can help you identify healthy boundaries, and develop the confidence to assert them in your personal and professional life.

Communication
Communication is key to healthy relationships, but it can be challenging when you have different needs and expectations. Therapy can help you learn effective communication skills, and improve your relationships with your loved ones.

Life Transitions
Life is full of transitions, from starting a new job to becoming a parent to dealing with loss. Therapy can help you navigate these changes, and develop the resilience and coping skills you need to face whatever comes your way.

Here's How We Begin
01.
Book a free 15-minute consultation
This call is a chance for us to connect and see if we’re a good fit. I’ll answer any questions you have, learn a bit about what brings you here, and share how I work. There’s no pressure to commit, just space to explore next steps.
02.
Start With A First Session
During our first session together I will ask some questions to get to know you better and the reason you are coming to therapy. We will explore some of your background, current concerns, and goals for therapy. You will have an opportunity to ask me some questions about the process as well. This first session will be a chance for us to start building a therapeutic relationship, and create a safe and trusting environment for future sessions.
03.
Begin Your Therapy Journey
Together, we’ll create a rhythm for our sessions that fits your needs. We’ll explore challenges at your pace, uncover patterns, and build tools that support your healing and growth. This is your space—and I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
What Happens If Nothing Changes?
😔 When you stay in survival mode, it’s easy to disconnect from yourself, your relationships, & the life you want to build.
🔁 Without support, old patterns repeat.
💤 Exhaustion deepens.
🧠 You start to believe this might just be “how it is.”
🌱 It doesn’t have to be.
What Life Can Look Like After Therapy

🗣️ Improve communication and self-worth
🔓 Break old patterns and set boundaries
🌅 Navigate change with clarity and confidence
💛 You deserve to feel more like yourself — not just functioning, but truly living.
